Anastassiya Kruch

Anastassiya Kruch,

Trainee Development Advisor

– Anastassiya, could you tell something about your job experience before coming in Agip KCO?

I started to work for Agip KCO in 2007. My first experience was working for the IQ Centre of World Languages. In fact, I performed the same job which I do now – working with instructors, scheduling, arranging of classes and other administration activities.

– How do you find your current position?

I like it very much, because I prefer communication to paperwork. For instance, last year I had to work with paper, performing some job for a technical project and that was not so exciting.

– What changes do you expect in study process concerning the transition stage of the management to NCPOC?

In my opinion, there will not be great changes in study process, though there might be some administrative changes. Taking into consideration the experience of AgipKCO and that it has an established system and experienced staff, I think NCPOC will not change anything cardinally.

– Do you see any improvements in TSP programs?

My experience was only TSP-3 project and now TSP-4. On TSP-3 we did not have such a clear structure. Everything was under stage of development. We started to work with SP-3 and we still made some new implementations into the program. At the moment we have very good scheduling and good planning of the training program, much better than we had in TSP-3. Also we have a link between the technical and English language courses which is very important, and a foundation program which is much better than it was before.

– Are there any more TSP programs planned in the future?

Administration and management are still talking about TSP-5 which, in case of need, can be in two years. But this is also a subject for discussion and consideration. For the moment, we can not say with confidence that it will be, because it depends on many factors.

– What specialties are included in the TSP-4b program?

Almost all the specialties are a little bit the same. There will be HSE, process operators, maintenance technicians, which are different from mechanical technicians, and a new group of power station operators, the people with electrical background will be intaken as well.

– Are there any overseas training planned for the SP-4 trainees?

It depends on many circumstances. If there is a need to take some courses or to go to on-job training abroad, we always have an opportunity to send our trainees there, but it is still in issue.

– When winter vacation is scheduled?

Usually we make scheduling in accordance with the public holidays before 16 of December. Last studying day will be December 10 and training will recommence on 9th January, 2011. You will have a month on winter vacation.

– Were there any changes in the bonuses or monthly allowances of the trainees at the end of the technical course or on-job training?

With Agip KCO you will not get any changes of monthly allowances, because you have Tuition Agreement valid from January 2010 up to January 2011. Next year in January you will have another Tuition Agreement with NCPOC and only then your conditions could be changed. But regarding bonuses, I can say that this is also under consideration.

– Anastassiya, what would you advise to our trainees – your favorite quotation or life principle?

Ok, I have a favourite latin saying: "Per aspera ad astra” which means "Through difficulties to success”. As an advice for the trainees, it means that you have to work hard, if you want to get something. You have to apply all your attention and strength to achieve the goal – for now, to complete the training program successfully. Work on it and good luck!
