Marat Kosbarmakov (SP3 trainee)

Hi! I’m Marat Kosbarmakov a.k.a. "Dep6ecc” and  an alumnus of Kazakh-British Technical University. My major is Reservoir engineering.

I joined Agip as a SP trainee and spent in ATC (Atyrau Training Center) almost 2 years of my life. Nothing to regret. Tried to refresh humdrum working days, to bring something new. Enjoyed a lot. Had improvements on English grammar. Met young enthusiast guys and true friends and highly skilled instructors, who became close brothers and sisters. Kept my technical knowledge active, what is most important. The main point for me was pondering my life. There was plenty of time to work on my character and to grow spiritually. In general, it was a good experience.

I wish you great opportunities and brilliant future! Every game is an opportunity to measure yourself against your own potential! (Bud Wilkinson) Take up the challenge! Choose an optimal development strategy and be committed to it. Keep pushing!

   Peace!

  Tatyana Panfilova (SP3 Trainee)

My name is Tanya. I’m from Uralsk. I participated in the third special project of ATC from 2007 to 2010. My speciality is IT engineer.

It was really great chance for me to take part in this project because during this course I refreshed my previous knowledge in my profession, improved work skills on On-job training and made better my English level. Also I have met a lot of good well-educated people in ATC. I remember all my instructors and appreciate deeply their diligence. Thank them for making a valuable contribution to our future.

Besides studying, trainees also spent free time together, celebrated different holidays and arranged concerts. I am pleased with all of them and want to say "Thank you!” for people who were in charge with this work.

When we had training in the District office of Agip KCO, we were sent to Almaty for development courses. There I obtained addition knowledge that is very useful in my present work.

Nowadays, I work in ICT department of Agip KCO and I’m really happy to be useful for the employees. I like to help them solving problem with PC and software.

I’m proud of being a part of such a big company as Agip KCO and wish you, our new generation, only the best achievements in your studying and future career.

Timur Bektur (SP3 Trainee)

Hi all!

In my period of life as ATC trainee I’ve found many good friends, met inspiring instructors such as Scott, Justin, Paolo Nagari and others and I became Pre-intermediate level from Beginner in few months. At New Year Event of 2009 I performed on dombyra.

At the time I’m working as a ICT Performance & Risk Management Junior Advisor at ICT Department. My time spent on ATC was a start of my next inspiring life with baggage of knowledge I received there.

Madalim Nurakhmetov (SP3 Trainee)

Hi people!

My name is Madalim Nurakhmetov

I'm working about one year as Junior QA/QC Engineer, checking the Weldings and looking for contractors (CCEP company).

I've graduated the Kaz NTU by name of K.I. Satpayev. My speciality was Exploration & Cultivation of Oil & Gas Fields.

SP-3 project was finished, for me, last year.

I wish you become a good specialists be patient and have a rest!

Radik Khusnutdinov (SP3 Trainee)

My name is Radik Khusnutdinov. I was an instrumental trainee in the SP-3.

I may be said to enter the project by chance, because my CV to Agip HR was re-directed to TSP recruitment. Well, in May 2008 (batch4) I began to study in ATC.

My first course was English Language, thanks to my institute instructors and previous job I started from Intermediate level. During this course we were taught by several really good and creative instructors. We were lucky because we did not have BDK and BasicOil and after English our next course was technical led by Davor Opic.

With other four instrumental trainees I was chosen in a group of engineers and than in November 2009 was sent in India for one month onjob training. After my DHK contract had been signed I came back there and spent in Chennai additional 1.5 unforgettable months. Then in March-July 2010 I worked in England.

Now I work in Atyrau in A&T (Automatization and Telecommunication) Department.

ATC is a significant part in my work and life experience. Here I improved my English, refreshed some technical points and learnt how to deal with different people.

I want to suggest you following. Firstly, even if your instructor is very professional you ought to study at home. Without self-learning your English Language Course hardly can be completed. And secondly, don’t be obsessed only with your study, be able to relax and be distracted)))

GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN!!!

Mikhail Kuznyatkin(SP3 Trainee)

My name is Mikhail. I’m from Atyrau.

I have studied on Special Project 3 in during 16 month. This period included Education of English language, Transition course, BDK and OJT.

My specialty is Automated Data Processing and Control System (Programmer). I have graduated Astrakhan State Technical University.

I think this project is very helpful, because I started to study language from the beginning. My first group was "Beginner C”.

ATC is very nice place. In this center I met a lot of friends from different towns. Our teachers are very nice. We had two foreign teachers, Justin Pitt Balley and Scott Lusher. My first teacher was Nataliya Grigoryeva. She is nice teacher. I really started studying English language under her control. Each three month we had new teacher. My next teacher was Indira. She gave us a lot of a new knowledge. After three months new teacher was Marina. If I have a chance to study with Marina all 9 month I will have upper-intermediate or advanced. She prepared us to pass GATE. Thanks a lot to her.

My first On Job Training I started in Kussain building. Then I continue training in District building. Then spent three weeks in Karabatan. Then I came back to district. Time to time we changed location. For example one week in district, next week in Adal building, next week in ATC. In during my OJT I have studied a lot of different way for solving user problem. Three times I was in Almaty on special courses. One time in Bautino base for two weeks.

Now I work in District building. My position Junior ICT Services Engineer. I’m very happy to work with very professional people in one team. And I still continue to study new thing.

My wishes for SP4 students: Study, Study, and again study. Because when you start working you will not have free time for training yourselves. And…  Don’t be lazy J

Ciao. With best regard Mikhail.
